I realize some of you may have already posted applications, but, to keep things organized and structured, I would like the applications posted here, in this thread.
Guidelines:

[City/Nation]: Clarifen
[Other Positions Held]: Due to various problems with the law in my old city, I am without any position, magical, magykal, or otherwise. It appears that the University of Magic is without many instructors, and I believe that I could fill one of these roles. I have a First Class in Applied Dimensionality, a regular astral-researcher for The Guide to Celestial and Demonic Beasts and part of the High Order of Pentomancers. My practical magic skills are limited due to the prevailing Mana field surrounding this area. However, my ability in both Magic Theory, the Nature of Magic and the Magic of Words is unlimited.
[Elemental Focus]: I am a mostly theoretical magician, but entropy and anti-entropy (order and creation) would be my specialty.
[Teaching Style]: I normally teach in the classroom, as my PVP skills are limited.
[Teaching Curriculum]: My preferred curriculum would be based on both theoretical magic, and Linguistic magic (i.e debate, rhetoric etc.)
Theoretical magic would be based on the more esoteric side of magic: What is it, why is it here, what needs to be discovered. This would be for more advanced mages, or those who wish to learn more.
Linguistic Magic, while not stemming from the flow of mana, can be more powerful then any spell. Words can cut deep, but they can heal as well. These courses would be based firstly on verbal defence and attack, and secondly the more subtle types of verbal attack: Debate, and the finest of the arts, Rhetoric.
[Timezone]: Western Australia (+8) -6
[Online]: 6:00-8:00 CST most days. Will probably reduce in near future unfortunately.

[CITY/NATION] Endercity(Endergaurds) and fringediv.
[OTHER POSITIONS HELD] I am and have been second in command of both the Endergaurds and Endercity since the day they were created.
[ELEMENTAL FOCUS] Largely lightning with some fire and a little dark magic.
[TEACHING STYLE] I would focus largely on practical uses of destructive magic and would prefer to throw students into battle and force them to use magic but with some theory on dark magic (Such as the End which leads onto my idea of being 'borrowed' from the endergaurds to teach and a few other theories on endermen and that sort of thing).
[TEACHING CURRICULUM] I would largely focus on destructive magical and how to best use them aswell as dark magic and why not to use it.
[TIMEZONE] GMT
[ONLINE] I'm generally online 4-9, later on the weekends, but this would mean I wouldn't be on at the same time as you often.
[APPLICATION STATUS] Largely finished but subject to change.
I am very new to rp and I will understand completely if you don't want to give me this position either for that reason or because you don't like me (for which there is plenty of reason), also my rp character may be a little dark for a teaching job.

On these applications, I need to know how your teaching is going to translate into actual gameplay AND RP... The more specific an detailed you are, the better idea we will have of what you are offering.

[Elemental Focus]: fire and lightning plus a little entropy.
[Teaching Style]: my classes are mainly taught in a ring with practice dummies, or later in the semester we will start engineering and Redstone which requires an excursions open field. through teaching i will affect both RP because mainly my lessons will be in rp format, but also in game-play as i attempt to pass on my knowledge to others
[Teaching Curriculum]: the majority of my lessons focus on practical work, we rarely need to sit and discuss, in my class it is basically a mixture of everything i will use both pvp techniques and magic skills, also i will instruct how to make basic easily defendable structures.
[Timezone]: I live in Australia, WA (the same as Spwack)
[Online]: i usually am on after school but there aren't many people on at that time, but on weekends i get a lot more hours.
[Application Status]: a work in progress but if you like it when you see it, then it will be good enough

[Other Positions Held]: Original Headmaster of the Magic University with a focus on engineering, currently Archonfel Harbormaster(mayor)
[Elemental Focus]: None, I am a steam engineer
[Teaching Style]: In the engineering lab i partially completed before resigning as headmaster, and in the field when necessary
[Teaching Curriculum]: Practical buildings and redstone skills along with teaching the engineering class if my engi skills are implemented
[Timezone]: Canada, BC (PST)
[Online]: between 8-12 AM PST and 3-9 PM PST, weekdays
