Why you are interested in becoming a Guide?
For many months and days I have been helping some new players in this server. I have been teaching them about whats right and whats wrong, though, still there are people who still grief, use caps, etc. Also I notice that some new members are being left out, not knowing what to do. I want to stop that from happening before people start leaving. Also I have noticed that some people actually think I am helpful.
How do you plan to help the newer players?
When I am online I tell most of the new players where things are and things that will help them start themselves up. I teach them some of the rules like no caps and no greifing. I also tell them the difference between what is greifing and whats not. I even tell them plugins that will help them survive, like heroes and towny. later on, I will introduce the forums to them and that they can make a bio to make their characters fit in in RP. I will give good recommendations about which towns to join and why. With that, I will provide them some of the RP history of these towns and what the themes are. Also I will hangout with them in the dungeons so they feel like this server is full of friendly players.
Amount of time available to play on the server?
9-17 hours on weekends. I don't have time to go on weekdays because of school but I come when I can. Also I am in Asia so I will be on during morning or day in other countries.
Time played on Age of Citycraft. (For experience of helping newbs.)
At least 7 months of me playing on AOC. I have been here since the vampire plugin was active and when slot machines were active. I think I started during 1.7 or 1.6
Any additional information you wish to share.
Most of the towns I have gone to have recommended me to be a town assistant because of how good I am at making players welcome. I never give up on anything easily and I build for hours and hours. Also I am a Peer Council Member in my school, meaning that I have been practicing on being a leader and also an idea maker.
