actually, i know this one too, since taking damage usually results in some kind of movement, and since most damage'd come from being hit, it'd be a mute issue. if you had the chargeup involved with the included standing still, it'd already be achieved.

This is turning into a discussion about hero's, maybe we should move that talk to the thread from now on? Anyways, I think the three hour cooldown is taking it way too far, I have basically a second home in Old Ender and if I wanted to move some stuff around it would be extremely difficult. The cooldown is fine as is I think but a warm up would work well enough, but how easy would it be to code it so the warm-up was cancelled if the person took damage? <(directed at Pajos) Yes, of course. |

A question, are hero's skills exempt from pvp rp rules or not? Because I had someone rp out of pvp earlier today and say it was fine because it was a skill.

What's all this about the new griefing rule? The one about 5 blocks away from a town is not considered grief? Please clear this up; I am confused.

Also i have a question about the roleplay pvp rules. Are you allowed to kill someone, steal their stuff while in your role play char, say your the aoc equivlent of a viking raider, you raid a town in rp and steal stuff then run. Please dont answer with a mocking tone, im genuinely curious and want this too clear up, because im sick of pvp noobs saying that their rp char could "rp wise smash hailmar in a battle, [insert name here] defeated like 10000 pigmen at the battle of [insert place name here], so hailmar wouldnt stand a chance" Can i get a clear up on the role playpvp guide lines please. Anyone that knows. Greatly appreciated  |

Lol orman just an example, i stretched it on purpose lol. But seriously what are the pvp roleplay rules, i am SO damn sick of useless pvp'ers with "skilled" rp chars that apparently can beat me up. Im not going to bow down to their little fairy tale, if they cant beat me pvp wise then im not going to lose to them rp wise.

Remember though, anything you can't do OOC, you can't do in RP. So if they can't beat you OOC, they can't beat you in RP. Logic.

Yea like no offence to ezio, but on numerous occasions Ezio.alkendi "/me kicks Hailmar in the knee when he's not looking and manages to escape" which is just plain stupid. And its not just ezio that does this. But sbonkh i was wondering if your genuinely allowed to kill someone while rp'ing with them (obviously make the kill like a knock out or left for dead situation) and then just leave? |

I think rp is supposed to be a friendly chat yet you have to plan events in order to murder someone.
