nukes are disabled in tekkit servers base code by default i believe.

Minea, im aware of tekkit, i've been playing with the technic launcher since i moved back to my house since im too laggy to do much on AOC, but certain aspects of the modpack, (Namely industrial and buildcraft,) would probably be too advanced technology to have in Mirugan, unless you could limit the access of these mods to just a certain profession (Contractor) though redpower might just be simple enough in terms of tech level to fit into parts of mirugan (Again, restricted to a certain profession, Contractor) the primary reason i didnt suggested the entire pack however is to try and conserve the economy somewhat, unless someone made rules against certain configurations of machines, since, left unchecked, the entire economy would be ruined quite effectively, as items could be mass produced for almost no work or gathering, lowering the prices until there was simply no need for money. and while a lot of this would be difficult to achieve if the seperate mods were seperated into different professions, but it would still not be a good idea to have ALL of the tekkit mods in the server, unless someone decided crashing the economy would be the best idea ever. I wasnt talking about incorporating the whole of tekkit into AOC. That would be gay, there are some things in tekkit that are just too damn op. Even the muskets a real low weapon by tekkit standards are extremely op in AOC. Also the technology like you stated is WAY to advanced for the rp of AOC, i mean all that electric and nuclear/solar powered machine crap, it would decimate the rp of AOC. I was just saying that tekkit is very fun to play, a good break from the regular minecraft. |

It'd decimate YOUR rp. Lol. A sudden surge in technological advancments in mirugan however would be wonderful for my rp, lol. Much akin to the latest technologic advancment in aoc, the iron golems, I'm sure I could, with enough rp to support it, lay claim to at least a few of the machines in tekkit.
But alas, we know it shall not be, which is why I sectioned out the more suitable mods from the pack to suggest for the time the modding gui comes out.

You could have all the IC2 and BC crap you want, just give me EE and some of redpower.
But as you said, no floating mega death machine since this will probably never happen. Although it would be funny if ig decided to troll us and turned aoc into a sci-fi server for a few days.
EDIT: Was using gay to describe something as bad really necessary minea?

Lol, I wouldn't even bother with ee or thaumcraft. My character at the moment has no talent for magic at all. As for redpower.... you might have to pry that from my cold dead hands

I don't think thaumcraft is multiplayer compatible otherwise I'd have bits of that too. But anyway I'd only want parts, specifically the lighting and pumps, you could have all the various redstone stuff. If you couldn't live with that then I'd have to make you not live at all.

Not that i have anything against gays, i guess i wrote it out of habit from being around homophobics. Also now that i think about it "gay" didnt fit that context AT ALL! so thank you for correcting me delta it wont happen again. Also Mav LOL! yea it would completely kill the rp of us cavemen like swordsmen and archers. People like you, delta, pajos all those sciency/magical type guys would become incredibly powerful. Lol us guardians would be powned from the first wave of mining missels. |

Pretty much, though I'm liable to get much more irritating in my method of attack. Idk, dumping an alchemic chest of sand on you might do it. Lol. That, or id find something even more irritating.
