Guardian Regiments ALL GUARDIANS READ

Alright once again apologies if this is cluttering you other peoples thread and role play, maybe guardians should have a separate thread or something I dont know, for the mean time you will just have to put up with it Lol.

Anyway recently as more experienced players and pvp'ers have entered the guardians recruit applications have exploded, because of this i am finding it extremely hard to stay on top of school work as well as run the guardians through rp/ooc training, staying in touch personally with each guardian, checking for activeness etc. Note that the leaders of these new regiments are either extremely good pvp'ers or rp'ers and have leadership skills in these area's, some leaders wont be as skilled as some of his/her's members but they're prally better rp'ers. Also these regiments wont work so well in rp events as a lot of people will be offline and such, they are mainly so we can stay in touch and keep a tab on the members, but this is still rp, i tried to make the regiment members in the same time zone.

I will still be the guardian leader how ever a new system will be set in place. All guardians will become part of a regiment, each regiment will have an even number of skill and classes (both hero and guardian classes). Each regiment will have a leader this leaders job will be to train their group when ever they liked (but regularly) both rp and ooc, each leader of a regiment will hold the rank of seargent, each regiment leader will constantly check up on his/her's members and make sure that they keep guardian rules and AOC rules plus remain active (as all inactive members will be kicked)

I also ask now that all leaders that are chosen report back to me on any members who break the rules and any changes with members they think must happen plus leaders chosen if you do not want to be a leader then send me a tell, preferably not on this thread, private message. The regiments are as follows (dont laugh at regiment names Lol they come out of Mirugan History) also leaders must make sure guardians are in their skin lol i know its kind of nazi but we want to put on a TRUE military show not like those shabby followers of lucavexx

Ok so thats about it. Datricpvps (datric ladimore) is second liutenant, forgerunner(Douglas.Huber) is first liutenant to General Minea (me) so all guardians make note that these people are your superior offices so they can take over any training session and such, if these guys offer you a training sesh then take it (i would). Datric and Forge this obviously doesnt mean that you abuse your authority. Ok i will edit this later if i need too and once again you leaders keep me up to date constantly about activeness and such by personal messages on the forums. And new leaders you guys need to get your seargent stripes so send me your skin and i will edit it.

Thats about it, also we are still recruiting so keep it coming new players

P.S Staff leaders obviously if its a choice between doing your staff responsibility or regiment leader responsibilty obvioulsy you MUST choose the guardian!!!! No jokes guys jokes, in all seriousness AOC recruitment is more important always choose your staff responsibility. Thanks Everyone Happy rp'ing/pvp'ing/pve'ing!!

all right, im a healer now, since i have layhands AND bandage. so is their a different spec other than general infantry? and me and jae are 16 hrs+ apart ._. dosent matter to me but if you could clarify a little bit more that would be helpful thnx

Yea i know shteve. Its really hard to get us all in the same time zones, if we made timezones squad half of us would be in the Australian TImezone squad. But jie is a good guy he will tell me if he doesnt see you much. He is in the exact same timezone as me and i see you quite a bit so we'll see. ALso on the subject of classes, we hold tryouts for specific classes, i will see if i can get Sbongkh or FOrge or Datric to host a try out soon. ANd Nimtike i need to talk to you IG or on the forums thanks mate.

I did recruit him temp after he asked to join up. War rp wise and when concerning the guardians ooc wise sbongkh outranks you, just so you know. Also sbongkh its temp i couldnt train him or test him if you're on can you do it? Or forge or pickle just a seargent im damn busy but if im free i will train him.
