wait, toonami's back?! YES!!! Yeah, but only on Saturdays, which Adult Swim was kind of doing already, but failing at. And they are going to start picking up new anime again, which is nice! Too bad it's not EVERY weekday like it used to be. I freaking loved the hell out of Toonami back in the day.  Looks like they picked up Deadman Wonderland and Casshern Sins so far. Deadman Wonderland is great. Casshern Sins, I am not so sure about. I saw a few eps of it a few months ago when looking for something to watch. maybe I just didn't give it a chance enough. From what I hear, Funimation is trying to get them to pick up Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, which..... well. Let's just say that show is like the Powerpuff girls, meets dirty sex innuendo, meets .... Hell I dunno... Ren and Stimpy weirdness. It's really just "Ow my brain." But HECK YEAH TOONAMI WOOO! |

Toonami isn't gonna be as good as it used to be from what i hear. yes, they are bringing anime back, but its not gonna be as good as it was when it ended.

Hmm I'm not going to wait for Toonami to watch Deadman Wonderland..All nighter #2..ALSO....Kouta and Lucy/Nyu/Kaede for ever..Yuka is a waste.

Only bad thing about Elfen Lied is that the dub just sucks. Get some good voice actors, and man-tears would be shed at the final episode.

I just watch the subs, it's much easier than putting up with crappy voice actors.

I just watch the subs, it's much easier than putting up with crappy voice actors. I NEVER would have made it through Neon Genesis Evangelion if I had watched it in English. I HATED the VA work in that something fierce. It was tolerable in JP though. Always better in JP. |
