Why your ban should be lifted: Because as i said a moment ago, to the best of my understanding, it's no longer covered as grief. if i'm wrong, i'll just put em back.

there was an event message earlier that said that any grief outside of a town that was less than five blocks wasnt covered as grief anymore. Novus, bob, and more people, were all on at the time, and unless i missed an event or something saying that that had been taken back, then i dont believe i should have been banned. if there WAS one, or i grossly misunderstood things, however, I'll replace the blocks. Like i said, i acted under the impression it was no longer covered as grief.

yep i believe it was vexx but he said that floating trees is grief and abandoned houses with lapis or gold blocks you can take

I agree with both of you, it does seem unfair that you were banned after the rules changed. However delta is right you should be a little more understanding, lol i dont know about you but i have been banned i think twice now for something thats weird that i have no control over and i didnt get talked to as well.

like i said, im not blaming Alwayz for not knowing that there had been an event, but we were literally talking, and i didnt see any sort of mention from him about it before i got banned. Also, if anyone sees Vexx, if i'm not back by then, mind pointing this out to him?
