I like Rhainya as a person, however, there are more times that I can count I have logged into arguments in /g involving her. I believe she may not have a level headed enough approach to deal with idiot players in a "professional" staff style manner.

Rhainya is a great person to all around her. She radiates kindness but will fight for her friends. She has all the qualities to be a great guide. Good luck!

I would love at least a chance to change the name I have been give on the server.
By those who know me, know that I am a calm person but as Rei said I do have a short fuse,
But I have been trying to fix that, and so far I have succeeded in being calm at the most of times.
All I ask for is a chance to prove my worth.

Recently I have seen Rhain trying to stop arguments in global, she's usually fairly blunt in doing so but it is a significant improvement.

I have noticed during the past few days of playing, that Rhainya has been able to control herself in arguments. I have noticed that there hasn't been any arguments lately from her, and when she gets into one, she ends it by herself. Also, since I have been having my problem with me crashing in the server, she has done well in replacing me and welcoming new members every time. She helps noobs and I have never seen her try to kill them when they are still defenseless. I am unsure if my opinion effects her status to becoming guide but, I support her and I think she is worthy to become one of them.
