How would you better the server: I can help the sever in numerous ways. From helping new players who start off to creating and building new structures for the server. I also come up with some good ideas to improve the server and suggest some plugins to the admins to consider installing. I would also recommend this server to friends that I know. Not to boast or anything but I have invited a couple of people to the server for example Fireblitz223. I also vote for the server regularly and keep up with the new things happening to the server through the forums. I also tend to donate extra money I may have on me to help out the server in that way.

Why you are interested in becoming a Guide:[/b] I'm interested in being Guide because I would like to help the newcomers out as the other guides helped me out when I was first new to the server. Also I would like to pass the wisdom and knowledge to them so it may help them through there AOC life. Not only that but since there is a new map, there will be an influx of new people joining. Thus, I would like to help the other guides out. Not only that, I might get a little more respect if I'm a guide and the new players have someone to look up to as their role model.

How you plan to help the newer players: I do many things to help to new players out. From as simple as a greeting, "Welcome to AOC __________!" and "Please read the rules and direct any questions you may have to an available Mod or Guide," to showing them around spawn and the different areas around it. Sometimes I show them the /hero command, dungeons, market, etc if they ask about it. When I'm at my house, Arcem, I also tend to give starter kits to the player who start. My starter kit consists of a full set of stone tools, torches, some food and string. If I'm not, I just give them whatever in my inventory that may help them on there journey.

Amount of time available to play on the server: I live in Australia and my time zone is GMT +10. I mainly see, at the max, 8 people on including Mods and Admins. Not many people form my timezones play but I try to stay as late as I can to help people form the other sides of the world. I play from 4:30PM to 9:30PM Monday to Friday and 10:00AM to 10:00PM for Weekends. Although, this may not be consistent and doesn't seem long but I have school, homework and extra curriculum activities like swimming.

Time played on Age of CityCraft. (For experience of helping newbs): I have been playing AOC for a full three month now. You may think I’m not familiar with the server rules, lore, etc but I assure you, I am fully aware of them.

Any additional information you wish to share: I may not be in many people good books but I try to stay in most peoples good books. I hope that doesn't make my chances of being a Guide slimmer because I would really like to help.

This guy has my sincere approval. He is loyal, not afraid to do the boring mundande things that come with AOC. He has also proved his caliber as a leader in the guardians at least, and he isnt afraid to help mke out with the newplayers when its just the auzzies on at night. Now that I have a little more time then to put "support":

One thing that I really like about this app is that its DIFFERENT!

Its good for guides/mods to stay active on the forums because it keeps us up to date on things.

Another thing you put that I liked was that the fact that "Hey I can help noobs," but you put that you can help noobs AND the other staff.

Jay always seems eager to help new players when I've seen him on. He seems to know the lore quite well as well as the feel of the server. He's been quite helpful even within my town and is always offering help. Overall a helpful, friendly, good guy.

P.S. I would suggest not giving newbies a starter kit, and have them get one on their own. As is, newbies take a boat to the wilderness.
