Delta: I attacked Randy on ONE occasion, not multiple. And he was the only one. I was tired of him attacking noobs, no matter who they were. Also seems weird how you can declare war on your "ally", but can't help defend them. It shows that A) you lack the courage to fight Arcem, B) You are to weak to attack them or C) You don't care what happens to any town but EC and AT. Shezza: Not going after you, you were the king, so i figured you would post in here anyways. Rartienal: I did NOT break the treaty. Shezza gave me permission to re-invite Frakinhunter into my town. Shezza can confirm this, as can Frakinhunter and I believe Night.

Shezza giving you permission to re-invite frakinhunter to town means nothing, Bob. Shezza is the king of the enderlands, but that treaty was between FOUR towns. Solumdes_Shrine, Altaugen, Endercity, and Arcem. Last time I checked, Shezz isn't the leader of Arcem, thus, he has no power to alter the treaty without at LEAST checking for the consent of Arcem.

Actually, Arcem has no say. Arcem had NOTHING to do with that part, it was in the treaty, yes, but not because of Rar, or delta. So yes, he does. So technically, Arcem has nothing to do with Frakinhunter.

Arcem drew up 90% of that treaty, actually. I also personally drew up your surrender message.

And, on a more personal note, I actually take Ryans side on this. It doesnt matter who wrote the treaty. Bob, what you fail to understand is a treaty is a matter of trust and honor. Shez going against the treaty was bad enough, but you not being sorry about it is even worse. Unless its an unconditional surrender, then both parties have at least SOME rights within the treaty. Grow up and have your word actually mean something
But, on the other hand, Arcem shouldn't have directly attacked SS so soon. Eye for an Eye makes the whole world blind, Fire + Fire = Fire Department - Your Building, I can go on. Take a chill pill, guys

So, even though that condition had NOTHING to do with Arcem, they can just withdraw from the treaty? Fine, I want the treaty re-written with the consent of the 3 others involved. Then, Arcem can't say anything, since it was Shezza's term, not Arcem. And I want something that has NOTHING to do with this, involved. So it could be from Horizon, or it could be alwayz, aslong as they aren't involved.

Arcem is not withdrawing from the treaty. YOU broke the treaty, by allowing Frakinhunter back into town. Also, I think you're implying that Arcem wouldn't be in this treaty, which means the attacks would continue. This would be fine with me, but I doubt so much for you.

Like I said, I was given permission by the person who gave that part. And if its a problem, then you can wait till the parties have another meeting to discuss it. And it would be wise not to assume, since I have not excluded Arcem. And as for the extra man, they are the true witness, since Altaugen is having problems atm.

As has already been said Shezz does not have control over Arcem and therefore doesn't have control over the treaty.

Whatever, like I said, I call for a treaty re-make. That way, this can be fixed. And again, that part of the agreement was not for my surrender, it was included in treaty, but not due to my surrendering to arcem

Lol made my day that one. Also on note Bobruk098 and anyone else who has quarels with Arcem, if i do raid its not personal. I will simply be following the orders of the town leader. Also Alwayz before you ask this is OOC if towns become official rp then obviously i will leave Arcem, cant have the general living in thief paradise. So once again if you are raided by me i am sorry, and if you have guardians in your town i will not raid you, thats my promise.
