I hate it when a noob comes on the server and asks a question, then when you try to help them they call you a "mod wannabe" and they refuse listen to you. This has been happening to alot of people lately. I think there should be a sign in the "first spawn" area that states that you should listen to anyone trying to help, and that mods and guides aren't the ONLY ones who know about the server. Who else thinks so?

I, myself rage when a noob has a question, I or another player answers it, then they ask it again. I'm just confused? Do you not know the concept of reading???

We don't need no signs. If they don't want to listen then its their loss.

I think a nice addition to helping the noobs would be an alteration in the roads. Maybe a brick-slab or some visibly different block placed every 5 steps in the road, a "pathway" on the road which leads to the wilderness. I see new players frequently ask how to get to the wilderness, and the signs and players can't always help.

If not a path then we at least need to increase the signage around Rull.

For some reason I feel like rules should be repeated again in the server. Some people don't bother to look at the rules or listen to people who tell them to read them. Though, writing rules on a wall in Minecraft is a hard task. Also, about the wilderness part, I think we need some signs stating that, "If you go in one direction it will be there!".

Funny coming from a reletively new player. But I know what you mean. I've been on the server for more than a month. Is that stilled considered new? I know almost everyone knows me.

I like your idea Ryan, but I can easily envision a noob walking aimlessly past the path and missing it completely . Although I believe only a few noobs are even stupider than the average and would do that anyway . I want your idea to come to life though. I mean it doesn't seem like a hard job to do anyway. Maybe Rei or another mod could do that given someone reminds that mod while they have the time.

A simple way to help would simply be; -Noob asks a question -If question isn't on rules skip next part -Tell them to re-read the rules -Then answer their question
Simple, no?

Rhain, this is about Noobs listening to people trying to help, not what and what not to do. People have some problems trying to help noobs as they simply don't listen.
