Hello There! I figured it was about time i tried for guide again especially with the recent influx of noobs, may i request that my old app get deleted? anyway read and hopefully enjoy my revamped app!

How would you better the server
Generally if your friend finds a good server he will recommend it to friends, which means if you offer good service to a new player help him out etc he will inspire others to join CityCraft.
Not only that, but I aspire to give a welcoming atmosphere full of dedicated staff and players that will assist whenever they need it. As many have said new players can be very annoying, constantly asking questions I hope that by becoming a guide I can help out both other players and staff by minimizing this trouble to a point where mods and admins can simply focus on their jobs rather than dealing with troublesome noobs.
My main aim as stated before is to provide a safe and welcoming environment in which new players may feel both welcomed and acknowledged, as attention is another thing that most new users need. This would mainly be the reason why they can be troublesome, as they just want to be noticed. So in conclusion, I intend to help admins and mods by making sure they don’t have to worry about anything other than their own jobs.
Why you are interested in becoming a Guide.
I've always liked the idea of helping people are new and giving them a good start on an awesome server. I remember what it was like to be a new player and its not fun, trying to ask all those questions and sometimes no-one bothering to answer, I want to change that.
Another problem that has arisen is that noobs aren't listening to ordinary players and asking for staff. with the guide tittle that comes with the position I am hoping to make the mod's and admin's lives a lot easier by answering these people and seeing what is wrong.
I have been playing on this server for a while now and I want to give something back to the server, and by becoming a guide I can repay my gratitude to the admins and mods you have made my life on AOC a good one ☺.
How you plan to help the newer players.
City Craft, I believe, is a complex server with many plug-ins. In other words players that are new to the server will need to be taught the various commands if they don't know them, and to get shown around, and maybe a little nudge on their way with a couple of tools
. if I am available i might help them for a few MC days to send them in the right direction.
As more people start using creative with the last few updates in SP they will lose their direction in survival and also with the new cheats option in SP and LAN some users will become more reliant to typing a command and instantly getting what they want. I believe that I will be able to make the transition to proper survival and the plugin of heroes easier for the new users and that hopefully they will stay for longer and witness the server’s full potential.
Not only will I help noobs, I will help other players as well just because your not new doesn't mean that you will know everything, even I have experienced this lack of certain knowledge and ask questions, all I can say to you guys is just to ask the question you have on your mind, I or any other player will help without thinking any less of you! Unless the other player that might be helping you is mean :3 (points finger at certain players… lol jks)
I will, if these new players need help, show them to the town ports and or around Rull to find the many RP locations, also while I am at it I will show them the quest NPC's for them to make some cash. When and if they get re-added, I will also give them the voting links to once again, make money.
(I am both guessing and hoping that NPC’s will be re-added to the game)
There are many noobs asking for mods, admins and the owner of this server and what I plan to do is to (if they listen) explain the staff structuring of the server and point out that if no other player hasn't have a certain ability neither can you, unless you earn it. I know it might seem harsh but some new players just need to face the facts. of course I will try to do so in a nice manner but if trouble persists, well hey what is slap for!
Amount of time available to play on the server.
1-2 hours a night on weekdays when parents aren't looking and about 6-7 hours each day of the weekend
Although currently I am not able to get on as much, on the weekdays due to my parents saying I need to improve my marks etc I will make it on as much as I can on the weekends and better my school marks as to be able to log on during weekdays. But when I’m not on the server I am more likely to be on the forums and will be helping just about everyone I can here. Also the holidays are coming up and I can see a lot more hours of game time in the near future.
(marks are improving... i think a bit of leeway may be coming my way soon XD, Also Holidays have just started)
Although, unlike other staff I live in Western Australia and so far I believe that no staff live in western Australia or In Australia for that manner (except for Minea who is now inactive). There are not many mods/guides/admins that have the same time zone as me and I see this as bit of a gap in staff structuring of the server, and I hope that I may be the one to fill this gap.
Time played on Age of Citycraft. (For experience of helping newbs.)
I have been played for just under a year now give or take a month or 2 for having a wrong MC folder etc.
Any additional information you wish to share.
Like I said before I remember when I was a new user it is sometimes hard to get going and I believe that I can definitely that extra help to get started. I also have some very basic knowledge of both HTML coding and Javascript. I Also have a bit of knowledge on the Alice programming language.
