Sparky and I have decided to start a new town, since 2 of our best builders were perm banned (lol). Anyways, we need money to start a new town, and are looking to sell Tree Hug City. I know that money was just reset, so I will take advance offers, until the shops are open so you can get money. I don't really have a set price for the town, but I will start the auction at 1 gsd. I reserve the right to not sell unto the winner, and all sales are final.

I would recommend you don't sell the largest city on the server without consulting most of your people first. Its none of my business, but you may piss a lot of people off.

You shouldn't sell the city with the most people for your own greed matt. You are likely to give it to someone worse than you (not sure how thats possible but whatever) and they will not be all that great. Also you won't be able to sell it because no one has money.

I am not selling it for my own greed, I want to start fresh in a new town with Sparky, and I need money to do so. And Im not just going to delta the largest town.

I agree, but then again most of the new players that would join would just deposit their 150gsd but they don't have starting money anymore so it will be different.

There is no one really that you should give it to. The only person I could think of is Zauber because at least he knows to stay INSIDE when Templars raid (lol bacon....) so you should give it to him

Well actually now that you think about it Bobruk has been a good player as well, he fights and is smart (shot me from the roof of the main building and I didn't notice for like a minute xD) and you've only ever got like 3 players on at a time which makes your Town VERY vulnerable to attacks..
