as seen in the book "mobs of mirugan" my Rorujo
Mirugan is a land of jaw-dropping wonders and beautiful displays of nature. It is also a testament to the hard-working nature of man, which is in the form of its cities. All across the land, one can see various creatures roaming the countryside. We call them mobs, and they are as much a part of our daily lives as eating and sleeping. In this text, we will explore the variety of mobs we share this world with. With the knowledge contained in this tome, it is up to the reader to decide how to terminate or coex ist with the mobs of Mirugan.
Chickens, along with all other mobs, have been in existence since the World Forge. They have a height and width of one block, making them the smallest mob. They are always covered in white feathers, which may be obtained upon their death. They lay eggs, which may hatch into even more chickens. Although they lay eggs as a means of reproduction, only adult chickens come from the egg. It is not certain whether there is a younger stage of chicken. It has also been noted that eggs do not always bear chickens. Although this may be a flaw in the method of reproduction, chickens are still in abundance.
Cows are quadripeds which are covered in brown hair. The hair may have splotches of other colours, which may be different for each cow. They are most famous for providing leather, which have a variety of uses. The most famous of these uses is creating light armors. Cows also bear milk, which can be used in numerous cooking recipies, including cake. Cows go moo.
Pigs are pink creatures, that utter a distinct "oink" sound. Like cows, they are quadripeds, and are hunted as a resource. Mirugan pigs yield the most delicious meat of all pigs that have ever existed. There is a rumour that if a pig is struck by lightning, it will turn into a vicious fiend. However, this has yet to be proven, and so it remains a myth.
Sheep are another mob often hunted by inhabitants of Mirugan. They are covered in a soft, thick wool, which comes in a multitude of colors. Not all of these colors are natural, and those that are not are colored with dyes. The most common color wool is white. The other natural colors are grey and black.
Though most mobs exist on land, there is one which thrives in the water. The magnificent and majestic squid is one of the most beautiful creatures in the land. It's tentacles flow with the water currents, but can crush your soul with a mighty force. It's teeth glisten in the light, but are razor sharp, and can rend flesh easily. The head is hard, and can be used to ram foes into submission. However, the squid is docile. It is often hunted for its ink sacs, which can make black dye in the absence of black sheep.
The description of mobs will continue in Mobs of Mirugan, Volume II
