Reason given for ban: Breaking blocks to get to chests in Kreuzstad (or something of the like, can't find the ban on mcbans)


A complaint had been filed (or rather, spoken of) a few days ago when I had raided that town. One of the mods (I believe Aku or Alwayz?) had lbed the blocks and they were shown to have my name on them (cobble blocks put above chests in a location in the town that was wilderness). The mod who did the lb at the time stated that while I had broken them, they had been replaced exactly as had been, which was perfectly legal.

One (or two) days later, and I get a random ban while building my new town with the above given reason. My guess is that it was given by Zip, as he had falsely given me a ban about a week or two ago for something similar, and it had been his town that I raided (vengeful perhaps?).

This is the second time this has happened now.
But, unlike the first ban, this one is 48 hours and in a time I actually planned being on. Please see previous post (ban redemption) for slight rantings on the issue at hand.

Alright, my apologies for seeming as though I might have blamed you. You had been online and given a ban similar previously, nothing personal.
And I did! Though I do most towns. Actually wasn't aware it was your place until I got there. Again, nothing personal.

Supa is confused by the rule, he banned you because he wasn't sure what the rule was. Last he knew, it was no grief, no matter what.

I understand. There's still a little confusion between mods on the rules as they are right now, as I addressed in my last thread. I'm not upset with Supa for this, as I know it's not entirely his fault. I'd just like all the server officials to fully and completely understand all the specifics of all the rules, and these last two bans to be wiped from my record.
