Also I'm looking for a general design for my mansion- it sits higher than the other residential areas so it's gotta look GREAT.
Materials can include any/all items that will make it look magnificent. I'm thinking a large "R" made out of gold blocks or lapiz blocks around the front of the building, the rest is up for w/e.
Pay will be good if the building is good. Interior design will also be welcome, and will result in higher pay.

I can build the manor as well, if you would like. Not only am I decent at architectural design, but there are other benefits. You'd be aware of the benefits of course, already.

This would work great for some of the upper-level residential area. Can you flatten the roof some and make a smaller version also? Smaller as in? I can modify it very easily, so just tell me what size you want it to be and I will just build it to that size. I can flatten the roof a bit, maybe one or two blocks lower? What height are you wanting them to be? |

Perhaps it'd be best to build prototypes on site, so you'll know size-wise. And flatten as in taking off the top one or two layers, to make it less pointy  I'll need to finish a basic road first though before we begin construction on houses |
