I turned to face Ezio, my hood dangling from my neck, catching the raindrops. With a shocked expression, he questioned my new form. From my feet to neck, it was Ven. My face told a different story. He had taken shape over me, and was controlling me using his own memories, fusing them with mine and making me believe that his were real and mine were not. Ezio avoided contact with me and yelled "Who are you... What are you?!".
"I... you need to understand Ezio. I'm not Ven. I was never Ven. I was just... waiting for the right time to show my true form."
I had finally learnt that Ven Illusionisia was the real Ven, and that I was just a copy, a shell for both his and _____'s memories. I had learnt this in the Dream Chamber, with Shezz and Ezio...
"This place is driving me crazy...!"
"I can't take this anymore, let me out!"
"Guys, calm down, don't fall asleep. They are testing you... Just.. don't fall... asleep..."
The three bodies lay there, sleeping, their minds being transformed with different experiments. They were told of their fates, and were panicking. They were no puppets for him... _____....
Walking through the wilderness, myself and Shezz located different buildings from old Rull. They were chucked away because they were old and unwanted, but were still remembered by many. Kinda like ______, but I don't think the buildings die that easy, or the memories. We came across a large river, surrounded by trees and smaller islands. There, I broke the silence with the truth, it pierced Shezz's ears and reminded him off what he's lost...
"It's me, Shezz." Ven answered with a deep voice.
"Who? No--- You're dead... _____?"
Ven smiled with his new face for the first time. He hadn't in a while. Or was it Ven's new face? Was it _____'s face?
"I was never gone, Shezz. Bu--"
"Come on, you have to visit Endercity!" Shezz interrupted.
"Okay, but I need to talk to you..."
"Yeah, later, come on!"
_____ and Shezz headed to the pharmacist up on the hill behind the lab. Straight to the roof, ____ followed Shezz with his head down. Shezz put a redstone torch attached to redstone on the floor, and a big metal tower started rising from the rooftop. It was an electrical rod, which was used to capture electricity to power the whole town. Shezz messed with the controls untill he got it right. A storm passed by, and left behind an electrical bolt to strike the top of the tower, which caused a small explosion towards the bottom of the tower. The controls burst into flames. _____ fell backwards, but Shezz caught him before he could fall off the roof. _____ started to dissapear for a second in a flicker of illusions, but was stopped by a sharp electrical shock to the chest. The redstone torch bleeped as it was taken off of _____'s chest, and ______ was woken up. ______ stood there, looking at the back of Shezz.
"Shezz... I need to talk to you."
"Huh? Oh yeah, what did you need to say?"
".... I can't stay. I came back to..."
"You can't stay? No, you have to stay, please _____!"
"I came back to take you with me... I was getting lonely Shezz. Please..."
As _____ pleaded, he took a longsword from his back sheath. He ran towards Shezz with the sword in his left hand, and was close to striking Shezz, almost killing him. Shezz jumped back, and almost fell off of the roof. Endercity flickered, as it slowly formed a scene of the destroyed Rull. The presence of illusions was strong, but things became all to real. Offering Shezz his hand, _____ begged him to come with him.
"Please, Shezz... I don't want to hurt you. Just come with me!"
"I can't, ____, I have to stay..."
"... You have no choice then..."
_____ grabbed Shezz by the neck and threw him off, but Shezz grabbed the collar of _____'s jacket, and dragged him down too. Shezz landed in a small bush, which broke his fall. ____ landed on the hard ground, smashing his head off a piece of stone, killing him, and cutting off the illusions. The Lexicon slid on the ice, and eventually dissapeared, as the pages fluttered away with the wind.
When Shezz woke up, he saw the lifeless body of Ven/_____ lying in front of him. With few tears, Shezz picked up the body and buried it in the garden next to where they had both landed. The body dropped down into the grave, and was laid to rest. Forever.
(I'll leave it up to you let to find out who "_____" was. Have fun. And yes, Ven Elixen was just _____'s memories. Never was a real person. ;P Sneaky twist, eh?)
