Reason why I was banned: I was breaking the blocks on other people's chests to see if they stole from me, however did not take anything.
Why my ban should be lifted: I understand breaking blocks above chests is greifing, I have friends on this server, and I really enjoy playing on it. (one of the best RP servers, IMHO)

You stole from me and other town members and broke the bock on top of it to gain access. Rartienal and Ryan saw you and caught you red handed so I don't know why you are denying it. Stealing is not a prohibitated but you broke the block on top of it which is considered griefing.

I know this sounds bad, but the town was raided. All my stuff was gone, so I checked other people's chests to see if they stole from me. all of their stuff was gone too. I found it that way. Choose to believe me or not, but that's the way it was

I replaced the block of all but one person who had a stone block on top of theirs

Yeah, stealing is legal, BUT I am pretty sure if you were stealing from your own town members, they will kick you from their town. You CAN break blocks above chests to gain access ONLY if you replace that EXACT block in that EXACT place. There was one block that you did not replace exactly, so it got you! The ban is only a temporary one. You will be back on and playing before you know it!

We had an LB check, and your name popped up. In the future, if a problem like this happens again, you need to contact Rartienal or Myself before doing something drastic like breaking other town-members chest.
