LoL. As a member of the staff, I honestly could care less about sides. Good, evil, whatever. It's all for the sake of RP, but I see a huge problem when someone tries to get out of the consequences of their RP actions for their character. You can't do something in RP and expect to be completely immune to the consequences and then try to god mod a way around it. That is COMPLETELY out of line. If you or Tunata are as good of RPers as you think, you would know and understand how to RP out things properly to come to the proper conclusion to the whole ordeal. Look at how many times people like Datric, or even Lunair have been involved in RP fights and are torn up all to hell and back. They don't dodge everything or expect there to no consequences to their actions. Tunata made a bad choice with his character's RP and is now going to have to deal with it. If you both can not see that fact, then you have no right to call yourselves good role players by any means.

I'm gonna say this here so everyone knows that I attempted to help. Minea I'm seeing many signs of what I was like before I loved up majorly on the forums, stop trying to be a smart-ass to the staff and stop trying to pointlessly argue. What I did was a huge mistake and I do not want to see anyone else do it, if you're not sure whether you'll stop it on the forums then I suggest you take a break from them. Jesus out bitches.

I agree with Aku. If Tunata had taken the punishment, I would have helped you come up with a way to let him communicate in RP, so he could at least talk. I told him this when I first talked to him, but he didnt like that, hence why he DECIDED to let the CS kill him off.

And Minea, as Staff, we try not to use personal affiliations with people. As I said, I questioned everyone, and got what seemed like a realistic version of events. Im not against you, Im just compiling what is now MORE than enough evidence

1. I have NEVER altered my OOC treatment of people because of my rp affiliation.

2. Vexx is like THE go-to admin for everything, since Luca is busy, Syrren is in a vat, Matt is sorta out of it, and Ig and Krazzie are too busy behind the scenes and keeping the server secure.

Ok i am honestly not trying to make enemies here, what i say is my opinion. One last thing Akurei i have never claimed to be a good rp'er andything you have heard is from other people. I dont put myself up for no reason, unless someone says right to my face that they can beat me in pvp or something then i dont go around tooting my horn. Seriously i will pay you all of my money in AOC (not much by the way just 12 k) if you can show me in any thread at all or any log books where i have claimed to be such a good rp'er. And delta i already said heaps, i am not trying to make enemies by purposely arguing with the mods and staff and such, i am just saying my opinion. So no one take personal offence and everyone else please dont say "just shut up and listen to the staff" because i am not defying them i am simply stating my opinion.

Actually now that I read the whole thing again, I find that the poor man's injury is perhaps not so harsh. Of course a severed tongue is a problem but it is a rather small problem. The removal of a tongue means you can't speak, true, but nothing stops you from grabbing a set of pen and paper. Additionally, the severance of a tendon leads to a rather long period of disability but it is not impossible to heal. But yeah as Night said-> lets forget about this.
