The Death of Dirk IronFist

So, for all that do not know of the situation, Dirk Ironfist (Rp character of Tunata) was a spy for the guardians. During his time as a spy, he "infiltrated" the Crime Syndicate (CS for short), and found out Lunair (Maveriknight) was a double agent working for the CS.

As repercussions of Tunata's spying, the CS then severed the tendons in Dirk's arms and legs, and even cut out his tongue, thus rendering him useless. This was all in RP, so could not be reversed.

The CS had had their fun. But, in the next few days, Tunata could be seen RPing and talking in said RP. When approached, he said he had gotten Synthetic Arms, Legs, and even a Synthetic Tongue. Not only is this God Modding, a putting full Synthetic Limbs into a person without some sort of high-tech mechanism for controlling them (especially a synthetic tongue) is impossible, even in Real Life science.

So, I personally had a talk with Tunata OOC. I explained that he would have to live with the damages, or, if he chooses so, he could let the CS kill off his character. After much debating, he decided to LET the CS kill off Dirk. I have Pajos as a witness, for he was standing on the second floor of Falion Castle (where I met Tunata) listening with my permission.

Now, I have been told that both Tunata AND Minea have been lashing out against the CS. They say that the CS has no right to kill Dirk. They say Dirk can do whatever he wants, and unless Mikey or Vexx says something about it themselves, Dirk will not be dieing under the CS. So, enough about backstory, time for action

Here are MANY reasons why the CS has the right to kill Dirk Ironfist:

• Tunata used a long since terminated status within the CS to infiltrate during RP Spying. This is not only minor god modding, but purely unfair. Think of this: If the CS was THAT easy to infiltrate, they would be long dead by now
  
  
• A Co-Leader of the Syndicate, PajosFTW, says to EVERY new member "If you double cross us, we will get you." So, the CS is just fulfilling their promise.
  
  
• The CS is not just RP, but they do undercover OOC actions too for money. When Tunata spoiled Maveri's status in the Syndicate, He also ruined Maveri's chances at various OOC jobs
  
  
• If you mess with a gang in real life, you are lucky to come out alive. If you are found out to be a spy, they will torture and kill you. What is the CS doing to Dirk? Torturing then Killing. Coincidence?
  
  
• Tunata already agreed to let the CS kill him. I told Pajos, who told Lunair, ETC. You do NOT go back on that kind of agreement
  

These, and many other reasons are why Dirk Ironfist will die. Yes, WILL. I am posting this so all can see. And if Tunata continues to log off whenever he sees a CS Member online, like he has been doing for the past week, I will personally change my name to a Syndicate Member and kill Tunata.

This is nothing personal, but this has gone on long enough.

Alwayz, what it comes down to is this. FOr the reason you have stated about Dirk unabe to rp, that reason is why he will die. Also rp wise CS has had their revenge, OOC they can keep killing him their is no rule against that. But rp wise thay cant even try it, they dont have the right to say when an rp char dies, i fully understand that they are seething from the betrayel, but that anger is flooding out of proportion. Rp wise banging up dirk has to be enough, because no one has the right on AOC to say when an rp char thats not their own dies. So until Vexx, Luca Mikey or another active rp admin say that CS will kill dirk. Then its not happening. I respect your position Alwayz, i really do, your a good guy and an active rp'er. But you dont have the authority here, please im not trying to make enemies just staing facts, rp wse CS has already crippled him, for now that will just have to be enough. And where do you get your auhtority to say that CS will kill Dirk? also its bull about him logging off when ever he saw an CS member, and us sayong "dirk can do whatever he wants" is a total lie, you were'nt even present at th time, i can tell that this thread came purely from info given to yi by Maverik. So once again until Vexx or Mikey or Luca tell us.

God damnit minea, listen to the loving staff. Alwayz is doing his job here. And from what I've read, he has been god modding to the extreme here. That is unacceptable. You can't just pull extremely complex synthetic parts out of your ass and expect no one to say anything.

Thats where your wrong Minea. ALL of this information has been received (and thoroughly questioned for clarification) by other staff members. Akurei, Shezza, and Pajos have all given me the inside information about stuff that goes on behind my back.

Also, you say you will only take the word of an admin on this matter. But, think of it this way. Lucavex has been busy in Real Life with a new job and other things, so the task of managing RP has been given to me and Akurei. We both agree on this matter. If it comes down to it, I will happily ask Vexx to give his opinion on this matter.

Lastly, You also say Crippling Dirk should have been enough? But in Dirk's Mind, hes not crippled at all. he still walks, talks, whatever he wants. If the only way for him to take his punishment is to full out kill him, then so be it

Yes, AkuRei is synthetic. in real life, Synthetics work by just basic movable plastic and metal limbs, so with a synthetic leg, someone can hobble on it. But, it is nearly impossible to have 2 Synthetic Legs, for the balance of weight cannot be maintained. this also goes for arms. There is no way a simple Synthetic Limb could clutch a Sword.

Also, AkuRei is an Android. There is a difference between an Android and just a Human with Synthetics. Androids can work with multiple synthetic limbs because they are fitted with hardware and software to control said mechanics. The Human Brain cannot control Mechanical Limbs, so you are stuck with the Plastic or Metal ones I described eariler.

Also, as Maveri said, AkuRei is a mystery. No One knows her creator, and how the hell she works in the first place.

Lastly, even if some of the things I said are impossible are in fact possible, remember. We are a Semi-Medieval server (with the exception of Redstone stuff)

And, as you mentioned, Redstone stuff pretty much all falls under my domain in rp, as i'm the only active RP engineer i know of. (Pajos wouldnt do it either, anyway.) so the only person with the access to materials and knowhow to develop even slightly useful synthetic limbs is, Oh, can you guess? ME. the guy who did the crippling.

He Brought it upon himself. A Spy should be willing to risk their lives for the cause, and Dirk did. Unfortunatly, that means the end of his life. Im not saying Dirk should go down a failure. He did his duty, and died bravely for the cause, blah blah blah

Far out, i have no authority to do anything so as everyone wished i will keep quiet but you all know my opinion on this matter, and also Alwayz, your staff members that back you up are people that dont seem to like Tunata or the guardians, AKurei Pajos and shezza? i know we're enemies rp wise but this rp enemey thing seems to be rubbing into OOC because for some reason they dont like me? And im not trying to act all innocent not guilty thing, but i dont purposely make enemies, if my actions have somehow cause you guys to have 0 tolerance for me then im sorry for whatever i did.
