What position are you applying for? Guide
Why should you be accepted? I have been on this server for about 1 year and I think it is time I need to have a position. As well as it is very hard to begin on this server easily luckily I had two friends to help me out.
What minecraft experience do you have?
About two years since alpha 1.6. I stopped playing about between alpha and beta because of computer switching.
How long have you been on this server?
One year (probably less) my friend introduced it to me about halfway through 2011. I helped them start the small town of Atlantis
What is your timezone and minecraft schedule? I live in about +5 GMT (Australia) and usually play 5 days a week for about 10 minutes to a hour. Every fortnight I get on for ages as I am at my dads house.
What would you do if accepted for this position? If I get accepted I will consider actually opening a kind of n00b hotel so then they have a place to stay for the night and give them supplies. (free) I think that I will also propose a type of bank system since the towny is going down it will be ALOT harder to have a easy place to hide supplies.
How would you better the server? Another reason is that it is very hard to start on this server not very much food, rull too overwhelming etc. etc. Again I think it is very hard without friend to help. There are very few caves that haven't been mined and even the few towns that accept people who have just got on and have no RP stories. I also have a very large amount of resources - I think - and use very few. I also have a idea for a good banking system so here we go...
The big thing with the next update is that towny is being removed (I think) This means that protection for property and belongings is going down and the people are hard pressed to think up ideas to have an idea to stop thieving while still being realistic. So my idea is that we can create a type of bank vault. In the bank of rull (this gives this place an actual need) there is a voxel port to a underground hole type of thing going to under bedrock/void. A mine-cart system leads to peoples "Vaults" each vault costs about 1,000 g for a 10x10 and 10g for every extra row. Maybe the only way to get into this vault is by getting level 20 apprentice and mark & recall, I know we can pull this off somehow : ). Mainly guide will help me by giving more of a louder voice within AOC. Also there should be away to limit these chests maybe only 3 chests (single per block line. (I dunno give me suggestions to make this suggestion not to OP)
