Reason why you are banned: xray
Why your ban should be lifted: I didn't xray and do not have an xray texture pack. If someone could explain exactly where/how they though I xrayed I would be able to appeal this more effectively and explain what happened. Thanks and I hope this can be sorted out so I can get back to playing on this fantastic server.

Hmmm the same thing happend to me exactly mate. Im not saying your telling the truth or lying, all im saying is that i was randomly rp'ing then i got temp banned for using x-ray, although we deduced this had something to do with my account being hacked....

I doubt my account was hacked (15 digit password and all that) but that might make sense...hopefully there can be some resolution that doesn't result in me looking for a different server  |

Krazzie usually does the x-ray bans. He has several methods to figure out if someone is x-raying or not of which will not be disclosed. Just know that he can tell with 99% accuracy- it's fairly obvious when someone is or not.

So I'm banned for using an xray mod I don't have in a place I won't be told at a time I don't know about? But the proof is from several secret methods? And this is good enough evidence to get me globally perm-banned from McBans servers?

Yea his methods are pretty damn good. I know a few of the usual methods, dont know if krazzie has a special technique or something?

Was this your first ban on the server? It would be unusual to get a global perm on your first ban.
If you wish to inquire more, your best chance would be asking krazzie himself. However, admins usually don't like to be bothered so it might be best to try and go through a mod first.
Krazzie usually reads over ban appeals though so for now it might be best to wait.

I agree although if you cant wait i recomend contacting a lvl 2 mod. So akurei, Alwayz or shezza are 3 that i know of that have the authority and power to lift a ban.

I don't care who but it would be awesome if some mod could contact me either here or via pm and tell me exactly what I am accused of doing and where so I can see if there is some explanation for why something my account did set off krazzie's sensors.

I think that what probably happened was that krazzie found an x-ray tunnel somewhere and LB'd it, finding your name on the logs. But only krazzie really knows exactly why you were banned so you'll have to wait for Diablo 3 to die.

I would really like if some moderator who knew something could talk to me before Diablo 3 dies... It's a pain not being able to play on any server without MCBans, especially when I didn't do anything wrong. |

I seriously doubt that pavja is an x-rayer, whenever I went to town, he was always working on the temple, and he doesnt seem like the type to do that anyways
