I wish to be a guide because i am friendly and kind to all people and i like everyone except greifers hackers and pvp loggers.If this gets accepted then you will have a new awesome person on your server

Incorrect format. Look at the other guide submissions to get a feel for it. Also i reccomend you do more before you ask for staff postions, i have a few good buds that are dedicated and active who have been waiting for a promo for a long time. But hey i wish you luck.

Just go read the format thread, and I agree that you will have to probably do more for/on the server before you get a staff position here.
