I took nothing, just returned the favour of disorganizing your chest, you emptied the chest yourself and I have proof of that.

Since he did nothing incriminating, there is no reason to punish him, all he did was show "bad" behaviour. Although he should not have done it in the first place, no need to ban him for that.
