Job Position: Rull Sky Admiral (or whatever the guy who manages airships is called)
Character History: I used to run Starfleet, the premier Air/Starship research organization, and was building a fleet of ships
Time: Im on for at least several hours a day most days of the week
Interaction: When the airship mod gets back I'd control the flow of airships in and out of rull, and the airship docks, and possibly manage airship licences or something if you'd give that perm. I'd oversee the construction at the airship yards, and rent and sell airships and docking spaces. I could also control some sort of public shuttle, which could fly you from Rull to another location for a fee.
