Long ago after Rull was created, three human priests walked among Rull spreading word of the gods. They were the doctors of Rull, healing people’s wounds every day. Then one day, the three human priests left Rull and ventured to other settlements preaching about the Gods and how they could worship them and serve them with honor and respect. A man asked the three priests when they were at their settlement.
“How do you know all this?” he asks
“She told us...” The priests replied.
Many people asked who the person who told them was. But the priests ignored them and moved on with preaching. A month later, the priests went back to Rull. But when they came to Rull there were only two priests. They would not tell Rull citizens where the other priest went. After a year of preaching at Rull to the newcomers, they died from old age. Ironically they both died on the same day. They put the priests on to a canoe and pushed them out into sea. They believed that they were sending them out to the gods by pushing their body’s across the sea.
After the three priests died, some people studied the art of the priest and followed in their footsteps, spreading the word about the gods. Some priests stayed at other settlements and preached. The followers created a fellowship. They called it the “fellowship of hope”. The Fellowship of hope expanded to other settlements following in the three priests footsteps. They called them “The messengers” since they were the first ones to spread the word. After many years the fellowship was growing in population and expanding to the whole world of Mirugan.
Then shortly after the fellowship expanded, some people thought that the way that they preach is wrong and their theory is wrong. So they created their own fellowship. They called it “The Fellowship of Truth” They mostly preached in Rull for the time being, accepting others into their fellowship. They built a well and they foretold that if they were to send 100 gold coins into the well. The Gods would make them live longer. Many people did so, sending gold coins in the well every day, thinking that if they do so they would be immortal. 2 years after the construction of the Fellowship, three women created a fellowship to end the Fellowship of Truths preaching as they thought they just wanted power and gold. Not many people joined their fellowship so they decided to give them evidence. They threw down a rope into the well and climbed down to only notice there were no gold coins on the stone floor. They looked around at their surroundings and it appeared to be a underground settlement, they explored the inside of the well. finding a chest full of gold coins. The people waited for them to come back up. They never did... many said that the gods took them for disrespecting their word. Others thought they were killed by the Fellowship of Truth. More years have passed, Fellowship of Truth growing and the three women’s fellowship was long gone. No one knows if the fellowship of Truth was lying or not, they thought that their way was right instead of the Fellowship of Hope’s preaches. The Fellowship of Hope was dying. After most of them left for the other fellowship. There were only four people left in the Fellowship Of Hope. All of them were human. Two were women and two were men. They grouped together and travelled far settlements. They continued to preach to the others for a while until the season of Silence came that year and so they left their settlements and ventured towards the sun set. Leaving back only their preaches and words to the citizens of Mirugan. No one ever saw them since. The citizens of Mirugan called them “The Sages” once they left. Legend has it, they travelled towards the sun set to create a temple to worship the gods for their lovely offerings to Mirugan. It is sayed that the one with the heart and motivation can find the riddle within the temple and solve it to find the answers of the gods. Years passed and the fellowship of truth took a ship and sailed out into the sea, telling the citizens that they are seeking to talk to the gods. But we all know now that what lies out into the sea is another world...
