although, Uniloc did sue Microsoft and win but that was actually legit  . but isn't this the second lawsuit in the year? i always thought Mindcraft was original |

I think that companies should be restricted to a certain number of lawsuits they can initiate per year. Same for people. Maybe a higher count for people though. It'd deter suehappy people though.
