The city Kyfereth was founded by a man named Hermisquies Qwual. Hermisquies was a man of non-noble birth but was an ambitious man. He was tired of Rull because of politics and noise, so he decided to create his own city. It began as a small few houses but grew into multiple houses. It was built near Rull on the coast. It was a village for fishing and farming. A few years after it was built, it was sacked by the people of Rull because Rull wanted the land it was on. The city was burned to the ground. Hermisquies was devastated for he was on a hunting trip. He knew he had to relocate his city. He moved to Chaos Carnival. He went just out of its boundaries and started to build again. Kyfereth was built again to its former glory! It was exactly the same as it was near Rull. It has a military depot now and a wall. It will not be destroyed again! Hermisquies made it a city-state so it now has its own laws and governs itself. No one from anywhere else can command or rule it. It still supports Rull in its endeavors and respects Rull though. 20 years later it was having political tensions with Rull because it was't completely in control by Rull. Rull thought Hermisquies was not fit to rule Kyfereth because he was not old enough. Rull tried to assassinate Hermisquies because Kyfereth was not controlled by Rull, Hermisquies was too young. Fortunately Hermisquies had a document stating that he was indeed older than most of the government officials of Rull and that he had a lot more weapons and soldiers than Rull currently had. The officials were then fired and executed for having false documents of their ages. 50 years later, Rull finally gathered all of its soldiers and was going to attack Kyfereth. The battle that ensued was a long and bloody one. Both sides had only a handful of men. Then Rull got reinforcements from the other cities and Kyfereth was then sacked but not destroyed. Hermisquies himself came and stopped the soldiers from burning his city by slaughtering them all with one swipe of his blade. Hermisquies restored what was his and hung the bodies on a post outside Kyfereth. There were words engraved on the mens bodies saying,"This is my city, you have no right to touch any of my people or my land. If you come back I will personally sack Rull. I will not destroy it though, I am not like you." Rull understood and let Hermisquies rule in peace and never bothered Kyfereth again. 23 years after that, the city was great and relations with Rull was too. Rull apologized for being slow to acknowledge Kyfereth's independence. They got along great after that. Kyfereth supplied Rull with food and building materials. Now that Kyfereth is complete, the city has two city halls, twenty homes that are regular size, six large estates for the wealthy and nobles, and various shops and farms. The city has underground rooms for dwarves. Dwarves are extremely welcome here. They helped with the stonework
in the city. Elves are to be eaten on site. Endermen are allowed.
Note: For all you people who ask, "How did a town beat a capital?". I'll tell you why, who spends all their time in Rull? Seriously people who supported Rull were most likely not at Rull at that time. The reinforcements were people who spent all their time in Mirigan's cities.
Since Kyfereth was recently discovered many decided to visit the place and those people were forced to defend it. Also everything in this is fictional except for the details and location of the city. The rest was for a history of the city. I have also explained why Rull was against Kyfereth. They were afraid everything would get out of hand and they decided to eliminate the problem. They were wrong and in doing so they got beat. Kyfereth then turned out to be peaceful and helped Rull and forgave Rull. If I here stuff about not being real history ,then look at everyone else's town applications. They aren't true. There are things that don't even exist in theirs. Everything in mine exist. So don't even go there.
