I was banned because a mod was abusing his power. i did not do anything wrong, he will make something up. I told him to apologize to me because he was acting mean. Then he was just like you know what i'm done with this and permabanned me. I didn't break any laws that matter the most. I cursed some but only because he did. He would most likely say I was arguing, but that is a lie. One of his friends that was also acting this way will probably back him up. His name is Serpus something. I did curse and argue with staff if asking him to apologize is arguing.
I would like to appeal my ban though I didn't do much of anything wrong. I shouldn't be banned because I have done so much and I've made an rp bio and everything. Then he comes along and bans me for swearing and annoying/arguing with the server staff. I've been temporarily banned for more than that.

One of our rules is to not annoy any of our staff. That includes arguing and telling them what to do. Did you not read the rules or actually ask?

Then I told him to apologize and act like an adult about it. He was really acting like a 9 year old that cursed a lot. I still apologize about what I said. I also hope to be unbanned. |

Then I stopped and apologized about it to everyone and I was accepted again. Apparently he didn't get the memo. I asked him to forgive me like everyone else but he didn't and called me names. I asked him to apologize, but he did not. |

First off, incorrect format.
When you first joined you harassed a staff member for several hours, while mcbans was down.
Tonight, you not only swore at a staff member, but you asked for an apology from him for doing his job. You were lucky for not being banned the day you joined. I can't see you being unbanned simply because of your behavior on the day you joined, however in the end it's down to the staff to decide your fate.

I shoudn't speak? I was a witness and saw it happen, I have plenty right to speak. Also, don't act tough on the forums, it will get you no-where. My last point being is that you would have probably been banned the first night, however as I said mcbans was buggy and didn't work all to well.

Wow calling someone who has stayed here longer than you a noob is just going to lower your chances of being unbanned. Now go fix your format and expect something more.
