Reason why you are banned: appareantly for camping as zip provided me with the rules about camping

- Extended periods for camping is 30 mins, if youre camping an area for over 30 mins you will more then likely be banned, so be smart. This includes towns as well. You may not return to camp again for at least 2 hours. Do not leave for 5-10 minutes and expect to go back for another 30 mins of camping. You must wait 2 hours.
But as far as i know camping requires repeated killing of someone, so please correct me if im wrong but how is walking in a area and getting killed by zip 5 times, and then killing him one time when he attacks me first(selfdefense)(after i died) due to fire damage, camping, in the rules spawncamping and safezone camping have to do with repeated killing, not getting killed

Why your ban should be lifted: Invalid ban, Since i did not repeatedly kill zip in the same area but rather him attacking me first andkilling me in the same area, he claims its camping cuz i killed him once but wouldnt all kills be campkills then?, also he was trying to get a reason to ban me because he dug a hole somewhere, i got trapped in it, i died in that hole and then he tried blaming me for dt-ing out of that hole, and you can see(link below) he seems quite irritated so the way i see it he was trying to think of something to ban me for

also, isnt swearing banable?

Please note that you did attack me and you did return many times, no one was forcing you to return. You camped my town for over 40 minutes and I had told you about time. You did attack me a few times. Honestly I keep track of how long people stay in my town. You didnt kill me but you attack me a few times still counting as camping. You kept returning, no one was saying you had to return, no one said that you couldnt stay away from VS. Its YOUR job to keep track of the time to spend in a area.

The rule for swearing is that it is over a extended time, not 1 swear.

I recall other mods having to correct you on swearing on several occasions in the past, is that a extended time? plus it wasnt 1 swear, and why can i get kicked for 1 swear but you walk away freely? shouldnt mods be treated like normal members considering rules and breaking them?

Plus i remember insulting other members is also against the rules, and those things you said, im pretty sure they were insults

Also please note that the first time and several others, you attacked me first, i recall attacking you first once or twice, of the 8 kills

I ask you to not further reply to this thread and let matters be handled by a other mod or admin, a impartial one, not one who was looking for things to ban me for, such as the hole thing, since i didnt dt abused, you couldnt ban me for that, so you looked for a other reason.

So by my understanding, your saying that I should go on the server right now and ban about 97% of the players on the server right now because they swore today and have sworn in the past. No. Your ban time runs out in 53 minutes and you will be unbanned then

Zip... I know you locked this and the ban is already over BUT it is a liitle bias to be the one denying a ban appeal that you did plus it involving your town. Just saying. It is all well and dandy to post to defend your actions but yeah. I know you are bias.
