Why should you be accepted?
I should be accepted because I am not afraid to do the grunt work. I love to help the newcomers get adjusted to the world of AOC, especially since it is a quite confusing concept to people who have never been on a roleplay server like this before. When a player asks a question I try my best to be the first to answer it. Sometimes a player will even need to be shown around spawn and I have no problem dropping whatever I am doing to help out the lost player. I do the things I have to do without being told to do them, when I need to do them. Overall, I will handle all the things that you mods and admins don't want to do. Because you clearly have more important things to do than helping newcomers find there way out of spawn.
What minecraft experience do you have?
I have been playing minecraft since the beginning of 1.7, and have seen much of what it has to offer. I have played on numerous servers, but never have I played on one as interesting and fun as this. I know how the plugins of this server work, so I can pass that knowledge onto others who don't. I know my way around Rull, and I have familiarized myself with most of the lore and Towny things on the server. I certainly have the minecraft experience needed to fulfill my duties this role comes with.
How long have you been on this server?
I have played on this server for a little over a month now, and have loved every second of it.
What is your timezone and minecraft schedule?
My timezone is GMT -6 (Central Standard Time) and my schedule starting in about a week is listed below:
Monday-Friday-5:00PM to 10:00PM with minimal breaks.
Saturday-Sunday- About 6 hours scattered throughout day and night.
What would you do if accepted for this position?
As stated above, I would help newcomers whenever and however I can, even if I have to take time out of my day to show them somthing. Of course I will do the small things as well such as welcoming them when they join. I don't think I need to list all the other ways I could help because that would just bore you. And not just the newcomers too; If another guide or even an admin or mod needs me to do somthing for them (within reason) I will not have a problem doing it. I will do all the crap jobs that I know you guys don't want to do. That way you guys can get back to contributing to the server in other ways.
How would you better the server?
I'm not sure how this is different from some of the questions above, so I'll tell you this: If you ask Shezza, or many other members of my town, you will know that for most of the time I've been on the server, I have been trying my hardest to help them in any way possible. Just as I would to everyone else on the server if i am accepted for this possition(and even if I am not accepted). I think I bring a possitive attitude to the server as well. Bottom line- I live to serve.
Any other information that you would like to share.
I like to think of myself as a pretty educated person, and mature as well. I want you to know that I really do just want to help people. I love the server and I feel like me becoming a guide and helping out newcomers would be my way of giving back to you guys so you can keep this amazing server up and running. I hope you consider me when choosing your next set of guides.
