In the US you can join after you get out of high school, so age 17-18. Also, zaub, if you ARE lying. You are a big disgrace to the Military by even saying you went to training camp. You don't lie about that stuff. Serving any country is an honor. So don't lie about it.

Doesn't boot camp take ages to complete, I know that in the British army bayonet training takes 2 weeks to complete alone, can't imagine you completed any kind of training since you created the thread "U.S Marines" « Thread Started on Aug 29, 2012, 8:19pm ».
Btw obviously your "three months in hell" is BS. Since you haven't been enlisted for that long.

If this is a situation of "BULL-Censored- ALERT", I will gladly declare you to be little more than a dog for lying about things as serious as this. At the same time I would also acknowledge the wisdom of the fact that you did not pledge your life to servitude of the corrupt US war machine.
If this is not a case of "BULL-Censored- ALERT" then I commend you for having the guts, moral fibre, patriotism and ignorance of the rampart corruption to fight for the interests of your country. I also congratulate you on being sucessful in your quest.
