Var Farm Affiliation: Rull Alignment: Neutral (passive aggressive) Nestled between a mountain and a jungle, Far Var Farm was built in 1813 by the Var family, a small clan of cloaked humanoids that rarely remove their wrappings. During the Great Shift, the Vars gathered together in the family tower while the mages of the family attempted to use their magic to transport the building to a safe location. It worked, but not as intended, as the tower imbedded itself in the heart of a mountain. After using the wood from the very walls to tunnel out of their predicament, the Vars found themselves standing on the edge of a great plain. Construction commenced. A few months of getting back on their feet with a good harvest and a bit of luck, news of war drifted to the family through various travelers. This revelation, coupled with an increase in bandits in the vicinity, prompted them into building sturdy walls and stockpiling their crops for the coming battle. Following completion of the walls, the Vars looked to the city of Rull. Worried about the possible doom, Joshivar and Kaylavar made the journey to the Grand City and met with the leaders of the Guardians, Datric Ladimore and Matthias Zael. In the privacy of a dark alley, they inquired if an arrangement could be made, trading food and other sundries in exchange for protection from the capital. A secret stockpile for the encroaching war. They also offered the security of Var Farm as a potential evacuation point for citizens of the country. The Guardians promised to send an answer to them when they could, and so they waited. Following a series of raids on their home, the quietest of the family, Kirahvar, took to the trees. Joshivar and Kaylavar returned from a trip to sell produce at Rull one day to find that several of the larger trees now played host to small enclosed platforms, connected by a series of bridges. When asked, it was explained that this offered a vantage point for spotting incoming bandits, while also giving leverage in a fight. The plan was to drop from the bridges onto any invaders. The family was free from bandits for the first time in months, and always remain vigilant should another raid be commenced. Despite the hooded people of the farm having a solid distrust of most outsiders, going so far as to only open the gates for known members of the Guardians, Var Farm continues to produce and store supplies, watchful for the day when it will be needed. (The places' primary function is to feed the army of Rull from a hidden location, as apparently there are wars every other month, and as a secondary function acts as a self-sustaining fallback point. Here's hopin')

What is this great -Censored- you speak of? Other than that you might want to expand a bit by giving more of a detailed history.

The great shift was the server map changing. The world is different and the explanation given was a massive land shift. As for the lack of a detailed history, it's only been there for two years, and the people themselves have only been in central mirugan for Ten years. There IS no detailed history, otherwise rest assured I'd have placed one there.

I'd like to personally note that Var Farms has the financial backing of myself, and will certainly be able to succeed in the building and maintaining of itself.

I like this bio, although its a bit too short. The phrase "The places' primary function is to feed the army of Rull" also makes it seem like a rural farming town for Rull. If so, then it's location would have to be close to Rull. Maybe you could have a special voxel port that is a cart pulled by a block-built cow or horse or something like that (you step in the cart to go to Var Farms). Also it the town being a farming town would make it a sensible choice for a form of transport to it. I'd also be happy in helping the construction of the town. Maybe a layout of the town or a list buildings/structures would be useful. I'm with ryan on this and fully support it.

If u guys have any other ideas of what we could say to make it longer that would be a lot better we honestly have writers block and are trying to come up with some extra things to put on this application and i also agree about having voxel port being a cart of some sort i think that is an awesome idea and i am hoping that we can get that done too. Again if you have any other ideas just let us know thanks for the support!!

I did included some things in there. Maybe some town layouts or a list of structures. Help people understand what the town will be like.

A tip: don't post a map layout. It gives people ideas of where things are and makes raiding quicker, since they know where to go when they get in. Just a tip. Posting pictures of the homes, walls, and such as you go along will be fine, but not a full out layout.

When I said layout, I meant what will the town be like, not a like theses maps you see at the mall, they show the layout of the stores and stuff)

Alright, I've modified it to reflect it's current status as the greenhouse of the century. A building layout will not be posted, as any visitors inevitably get a tour anyway. Pictures may be posted upon confirmation of the application, but again, most will end up going there anyway.
