My name is Varren Draath. I am 20 years old and I am an expert assassin. I grew up in Fort Dreth with my father, who was a solider of the Imperial Guard, and my mother and two sisters. From the time I was 6 my father trained me to use a sword and bow. As the years went on I trained and trained until I was 16 years old, to which I joined the ranks of the Imperial Guard. I became the top archer in my platoon and soon raised to the rank of squad whip when I was only 18. I fought many battles next to my father, defending against the forces of chaos that would attack our fort frequently. On the night of our scouting mission our camp was attacked by surprise. Lots of good men were killed that night. Luckily me, my father, and three others escaped with minor injuries and were able to warn the fort of the incoming invasion. After warning the General of the invasion the dark lords of chaos were sending our way, he had word sent to the king that we were going to abandon the fort in hopes to rebuild else where. The force was to large to attempt a defense, it would be foolish to try, so we loaded up and set for the city. Upon returning to the city the king asked for the best of our ranks to go forth and search for a land to rebuild Fort Dreth. Five men were sent to search the Earth and I was one of them. My father and Mother await for my return in hopes of finding a land worthy of our new home.
