You CANNOT ban someone under those terms.

I was going to donate some of my Christmas money to get to the next donor level, but sod it now. I'm off on my Xbox to buy some DLC.

Next time check the history before you ban people on hearsay.

Deevee was banned for abusing slap. So was fishbie. I asked deevee if he was and he said no and the WHOLE server said that he and fishbie were both abusing slap.

I said no and was typing my account when i got kicked, i didn't even have time to respond. That was why I was so pissed off. If you have no evidence, e.g. lb and are just going on the words of players, I'd expect a minimum of hearing both sides...

You can ask anyone that was online, and if you log the chat you can check this out. I slapped fishbie initially for saying "PUSSY!" after telling him not to use block caps and to calm his tounge. He kept saying it to annoy me, so slapped him and told him he'd get a slap each time he said it. He slapped me repeatedly, I slapped him back, then he kept slapping me. I told him I was done slapping, he was obviously an immature child who has just learn a new word. At this point people were complaining about the spam in chat, i stated many times I was being slapped, not slapping (unless he said it, but not spam slapping). All of this was in general chat.

It wasn't mainly the ban that annoyed me. It was the way it was handled. At the time I was actually waiting for Trees to grow, so its not like i was busy. I started typing my reply as soon as i read the alert, and was kicked before i could even get my side of the story in.

Deevee when i said it in alert i asked "deevee i heard your abusing slap?" and you said "no" and then the WHOLE server said yes you were. And fishbie was also banned after you.

In Deevee's defense, Fishbie was repeatedly using expletives and was told to stop. I probably would have slapped Fishbie a few times for the same...

Fishbie and Deevee were both abusing /slap. They were asked multiple times by multiple people to stop, or take it to a private chat. I will say Fishbie seemed to be provoking more of it, but they both were abusing there powers. Deevee, you had plenty of time to explain before they banned you

I had no time to explain before i was banned. I will literally typing when i got kicked, the only message i got to send was "no".

I said multiple times in the chat that I wasn't abusing, everytime you said we were I said that I wasn't and that I was slapping for swearing, which i had warned about beforehand...


As I stated to Vexx, It wasn't the ban that annoyed me, it was the way it was handled. A kick would've been annoying, but not over the top. Giving a ban for slapping someone for swearing and provoking doesn't seem right in my opinion.

I Know i'm unbanned now, which shows that i'm just trying to show my point, not get unbanned. Mods need to ban for better reasons, and like I said before, if there isn't proof like LB or a Mod witnessing it, you can't assume one story is correct, you need to hear both sides.
