Notes:
I will assume that the ban was for the gate at hippo's old (and abandoned) home. Plz correct me if im wrong but if someone leaves a town (as hippo had done) one would be alowed to dismantle their previous home to make way for other things at the town?

nope-but I am in charge of the construction within the town

Hes in my town, hes able to go around tbc and do stuff to places in the wilderness around our town.

I have given permission for him to do such, and that castle was mine. So he was allowed under my word to have touched it.
