How I would Help Rull: Philat is used to working with his hands, He can work under stressful situations and can handle being spoken to rudely, for the most part.
Time: I am on for almost three hours a day during the week, and almost all day on weekends.
Interaction: Philat can help others with a stern hand and will help anyone when asked. If they need help moving crates, he will help them. Philat helps all people, needy and rich.
