The land of Zicamia is one of both wealth and strength. However many people do not know of the history from which this town was created. In this text, we will be examining Zicamias great history, and the events that brought it into existance.
A shroud of mystery and magic have surrounded the history of Zicamia for as long as man has known. There are several fables about how this land was bestowed the name similar to the god Zicamgar. Through years of research it was found that one of these myths, would actually be a fact. The truth behind the land of Zicamia lays within the realm of the gods.
In the time before the Third Age, the god Zicamgar established a home far in the northern mountains of Mirugan. During his time in Mirugan, he summoned the help of the great builder, Nestev to construct a small compound which would be secure from any invading army. Nestev created the walls and buildings of which would now be present day Zicamia. The God Himself named the city, and was pleased by its excellent design.
Sometime during the Dawn of the First Age the God Zicamgar Decided to finally leave the land of Mirugan. On his departure he decided to leave his only beloved possesion, the legendary Sword of Zicamgar. He Plunged his blade deep within the ground making it impossible to unearth. In the Fifth Age the blade had already began to break down, and by the Ninth Age it has nearly disapeared. The land of Zicamia then became a prime area for gold smithing, due to the large amount of gold that the Blade of Zicamgar left during its earthing.
Zicamia soon became home to the greatest gold smiths of all time. Through their wealth the city was able to create a great military presence. Warriors from all around came to Zicamia to further their training. The harsh climate and difficult training regime quickly made the best of some less skilled warriors. One notable warrior to bless the ranks of Zicamian trainees was Legendary Warrior Micah Keyshin. During Zicamian training was where Micah actually gained his Legendary title. Battling through a large invasion force from the south in stormy weather, igmikey was able to fend off more than 80 enemies by himself. and once again ensuring Zicamias safety.
Currently, the land of Zicamia lays untouched and majorly unpopulated. the majority of the people living in the city left to pursue greater things in life. Many of the remaining gold smiths also went into hiding, to hide their abilities from the world. In order to hide many of its secrets, the wizard Atun was commissioned to cast a protective spell on zicamia. The town sits until the day when it is needed once again.
