every complaint I have about everything

I realised that I have really started to annoy some admins with complaints so hopefully this will get it out of my system and I can update it should I want to complain about something else.

I'll start off with rp:
I don't play aoc for rp, so please don't make me see it by using /me
Almost all rp I have ever seen is awful it's just "You killed my [insert loved one here] bow I am traveling the [insert generic place that is bad] looking for revenge!" I'm nor saying all rp is bad I'm sure there's plenty of good rp, it's just that almost all rp AI have ever seen has been awful

Now to mods:
People annoy me enough when they try to start flame wars about images but when a mod like de_Max tries to it makes me want to bitch smack him.
Admins and mods say they allready have too many mods (which I do agree with to some extent) but almost all of them live in u.s timezones, I can honestly only name one European mod and at times in the day here there is no mods on at all but in the u.s day there is often about 5 mods on at the same time, netherender hadn't even kicked anyone for quite a while because he never had to.

That's all for now because it's almost 3am and I'm tired but I'm sure I will add more at some point
Please guys, don't lock this thread I would like to possibly have a mature discussion about some of these things.

A few things:

1) This is a RP/PVP server and will be getting heavier with the RP as we go. This has been stated by admins repeatedly and should be evident due to the fact that we have an official RP Admin now in Lucavex. /action and /shout channels have been added to make RP /me style chat comments more local so they don't "spam" the /g chat. People should /join action and /join shout to use these channels.

RP is not going away. Please stop complaining about it. Instead, encourage others, maturely and respectfully, to use the /a and /s channels.

2) You have no right to criticize RP if you are not going to participate.

3) If [Mod]s are abusing their powers, being a nuisance, or are in general not representing the server well, please notify an Admin with a private message here in the forums.

4) I agree with you 100% that we need at least one Europe/Asia [Mod] that is active. I will speak with the Admins on this topic for you. Thank you for this suggestion.

5) I have not kicked/banned anyone recently because most of the situations I have handled have been resolved through /tell. People learn from mistakes if given the chance, and I prefer to let people learn how to act properly on the server rather than "itchy trigger finger" ban them right off. Griefing, heavy abuse, and other unacceptable actions like racism, agressive verbal assault, and expletive language are instantly bannable for 24 hours, and, to correct you, I have had to ban for these offenses. You are not on when I am on 100% of the time, so, making a statement like this that you can not back with any sort of proof is a senseless attempt at smearing my [Mod] activity. Please consider your words before you make this type of accusation against any member of the AoC staff.

Side Note: This type of post will greatly reduce the possibility of you being accepted as a [Mod] in the future.
