Why are you interested in becoming a guide.
I have always enjoyed helping new people to the server become familiar to the rules and habits we have in the server, and simply leading them to the market always makes me happy to know that I am helping someone out. I love it when new people come to the server and end up staying on it for as long as the server is alive, because then they end up inviting their friends to the server and continue the process of growing the community already here. I remember when I first got onto the server and was completely lost on what to do as I was overwhelmed by all the signs that stood at the old spawn point (life mountain which is now leveled to make room for market) but soon a mod helped me to understand how to actually get around on the server and what to do to get started. I want to help people that way and convince them that they should stay dedicated to the server like so many of us have, so to as we can grow stronger and bigger as a whole server.
How you plan to help the new players.
I will tell them all they need to know on what the best way is to start their "life" on the server, how to get into a good town and how to earn money and resources. I would explain to them the whole hero plugin and how to effectively use the commands it has as well as some other commands, not forgetting to tell them the rules to some of the commands like the third person command. I would want to help the new people enough so as the mods and admins can worry about the worse stuff like the griefers, spammers, trolls and others things more important to be dealt with, like server maintenance. As well as that I would tell the new comers about the proboards (unless of course they already saw the tip bar) so that they can keep up to date with server maintenance, events, etc.
Amount of time available to play on the server.
Normally I can get on on the weekdays for about 2-5 hours depending the amount of homework I have. On the weekends I can get on from around 4-8 hours but that really depends on if I have drumline practice on Saturday or a competition on Sunday, but they aren't very long.
Time played on Age of Citycraft.
I got on around October 18th 2011.
Any additional information you would like to share.
I always enjoy to help new people who have just come into the server, but I do like to help our people who have played the server for a good amount of time. I want to help the mods and admins allot in means of new players coming into the server and I will almost never get mad at people who keep saying things over and over again that they need
help something because we were all at that point on this server one time or another. I will always be happy to help anyone any time they need it whenever I am on. I thank you for reading my guide application and I hope you have any suggestions on ways I could change to improve myself on the server.
