Another thing has come to my attention. I do like the idea of more guilds, but I thought of something to balance things out. Secondary Guilds.. This means, the 'Guild' is more of a Side Job than a RP Defining and Dedicated Job, like Guardians for example.
Primary Jobs would be ones that are very big, and have a big influence on RP, like Guardians, Enderguard, and Assassins. These guilds are binding, and membership is taken seriously. Also, you should TRY to only be in one of the Primary Guilds. You can be Associated with another guild, but not a full on member.
Secondary Guilds on the other hand, could be small-er guilds for side jobs. For example, Ventus wants to make a Hunter-Based guild. I thought that this would be a good Secondary. Secondary Guilds wouldnt be AS serious, and people could be part of numerous secondary guilds.
Also, the Secondary Guilds could have ties with the Primary Guilds, for instance, I told Ven that the Guardians may call on the Hunters for extra man-power if needed, like Hired Mercenaries.
Not to demote the Secondaries by calling them Secondaries, but it would make the Primary Guilds jobs easier too. Sometimes, being the Guardian Leader, it feels un-RP-y to recruit a server newb if We are suppose to be the Best of the Best. The Primary Guilds could recruit from the Secondaries, so we have someone more experienced to the guilds than just a Fresh-off-the-streets, Level One newb. This would help in both RP, and organizing the Guilds ranking system more.
As usual, i'm just spit-balling. Any extra ideas and improvements are more than welcome
